Cap Ibu Bumbu Ayam Goreng – Fried Chicken Seasoning 275gr.
Ingredients : Shallot, Garlic, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon Grass Powder, Pepper, Flavor Enhancer (E621)
Direction of cooking: Boil 500 g chicken cuts with 1/5 jar of the seasoning (55 g) and 150 ml water until the meat is tender and water get dry. (Add extra water during cooking if the meat is still tough) then fry the chicken.
