IBU Soto Betawi 250g.

Ingredients: Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Lemon Grass Powder, Coriander, Pepper, Salt, Palm Oil, Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

Cooking Direction
1. Boil 600 g beef cuts (brisket) with 1.2 lt water on low flame until the meat is tender and the broth about 400 ml left, take out then set aside (if the the meat is still tough add extra water during cooking)
2. Cook coconut milk [700 ml water, 200 ml instant coconut milk OR 900ml coconut milk made from 1 (350 g) grated coconut], broth and 1/2 jar of the seasoning (125 g) until boiling and add a little bit of water until the soto soup excatly 1.5 lt
3. Put into 4 bowls : beef cuts, tomato cuts, frikadeller, leprous lime / lime juice, sweet soy sauce, then pour with hot soto soup
4. Sprinkle leek, fried shallot, and melinjo chips
