Bahan-Bahan:
500 gram Daging sapi, potong kotak
1 bungkus (60 gram) Bumbu Rendang Padang Kokita
1/2 sendok teh Lada bubuk
2 lembar Daun salam
Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
1 sendok makan Minyak goreng untuk menumis

Cara Membuat:
1. Tumis Bumbu Rendang Padang Kokita, lada bubuk, daun salam, daging, aduk.
2. Masukkan garam, gula pasir, masak dengan api kecil sampai empuk, kental dan keluar minyaknya.
3. Tambahkan cabai bila kurang pedas.
